Every Australian property, and its whole story.
One record per address, with every sale, listing and change attached. Built only from sources that agreed to it: open government data, licensed APIs, and agencies that opt in.

Where every line comes from
A survey plan tells you what each line means. So does Burrow: every fact on a property carries the source it came from and the licence it came under.
- G-NAF address backbone
- Every record hangs off Geoscape's national address file, so one address means one property in every source we join to it.
- Open government data
- Valuer General sales and agency licence registers, used under the licences their publishers set.
- Licensed APIs
- Data we pay for, under terms that let us store it and show it to you.
- Opt-in agency feeds
- Listings agencies send us directly, in the same feed they already send the portals.
Everything comes from sources that agreed to it. No scraping, no workarounds.
Add Burrow as a listing destination
Burrow takes REAXML, the same feed you already send the portals. Nothing new to build.
For agencies
- Ask your CRM to add Burrow to your portal list.
- Tick Burrow wherever you tick the portals.
- Your listings join each property's record, credited to your agency.
For CRM vendors
Add Burrow as one more export target for the REAXML you already generate. We'll give you delivery details and test with you before any agency switches it on.
